1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of package delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition with all original tags and packaging attached.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees. Initial shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@womenchicstyle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and warehouse address.

4. Refunds

Once your returned parcel is received and inspected by our facility, your refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
